Thank you for your thoughts, insights and contribution to the good cause of this Association. It is in our view that those thoughts and opinions will change from time to time. While some may see this as non-conforming and may at times appear hypocritical, it is a necessity to maintain an open minded mentality which is in our (current) opinion more important than defending out dated thoughts and opinions with voracity. Change is not automatically a bad thing, but quite contrary a necessity in the grand scheme of evolution as individuals, organizations, professions, and society as a whole.
